You’ll support senior project managers and founders by helping keep projects organized and moving forward.

• Assist in planning tasks, timelines, and sprint activities

• Track project progress and follow up with team members

• Prepare simple status updates and reports

• Help document requirements, action items, and meeting notes

• Communicate with remote team members across time zones

• Support delivery and ensure nothing quietly falls apart

What We’re Looking For
This is a junior role, so potential matters more than perfection.

• Basic understanding of project management concepts

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion

• Good written and verbal English communication

• Comfortable working remotely and independently

• Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve fast

• PMP / PMI-ACP aspirants are a plus, not mandatory
